Order Shipping & Handling
We try to keep as many products as possible in stock. Due to a heavy demand for a particular product, we might not have it in stock. This will result in a slightly longer total shipping time. We will notify you by email if any of your products are on "back order".

Processing & Shipments
Orders placed before 2:00pm CEST will be processed and shipped within 72 hours or the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday morning and shipped within 72 hours. If the ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail and the item will be shipped upon arrival.

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

Collection of Personal Information
MROTEX P.P.H. does collect personal information such as names, phone numbers, addresses or e-mail addresses from customers to our Online Shop for communication & delivering purposes only.

No Aggregation of Individual Visitor Traffic Patterns across Multiple Sites 
MROTEX P.P.H. does not collect individual profile information for visitors across multiple sites and does not aggregate information from any other sources about browsing patterns of individual visitors across multiple sites.
